When it comes to serving documents, claimants can become very evasive when it comes to receiving papers and most of which are not willing to accept the papers. On many occasions solicitors will often instruct us to serve documents on their behalf because they have often had other matters to attend to and simply do not have the time or resources are their disposal to accommodate serving papers.
The benefit of using a Private Investigator, is firstly the individual will not be known to the claimant. A private investigator can also assist in tracing the individual you are requiring the serve on if the client is not aware of the current address of the individual.
In most cases we are requested to undertake a serve within a short amount of time as court papers must be served at least 14 days prior.
Also, most serves will need to be conducted outside of usual working hours due to the claimant not being home, to ensure we cover every eventuality for example if the individual is on holiday that the client was no aware of. We offer our clients two attempts to ensure we get the job done.
